Customer co-creation and customized products are the biggest trends in fashion right now and a designer wants to be the first choice for customized shoes. Some designers first launch in the Nordics with the ambition to grow internationally. You have to be in depth experience from the fashion industry and are confident that will grow you into a sizable company.

Your idea is to offer your customers high designed shoes but with a wide range of options such as; the color of the sole, the leather, material over the toe etc. the production with hence be standardized but each shoe different from the previous one.
